Trades Media Marketing Co.TMOS — websites, client logins and custom software for the trades

A website that brings work in — and the software to run it.

We build, host and run it on TMOS, our own platform. The site brings the job in. Your login keeps every quote request, photo and video in one place instead of scattered across an inbox. And anything your business runs on that no template covers, we build.

Built for the trades — 17+ industries in scope, one system.

Live demo — the software, not a website

Log into the portal, not another mock site.

The sites we build are one half of this — you can click around those on the websites page. This is the other half: the software behind them, the login where jobs, footage, approvals and quote requests actually live. Leave an email and you're straight into the real thing with real job-site footage in it. No password, no signup, no sales call.

The demo runs on a sample agency with sample clients. Publishing ads and sending email are switched off; everything else is the real product.

The difference

Most contractor websites are a dead end.

Built once, never updated, and no way to see what it's actually bringing in. Here's the problem TMOS is built to fix.

How it usually goes

  • A site nobody can update without emailing whoever built it
  • Content sitting in whichever client's Dropbox folder happens to have it
  • Quote requests landing in a Gmail nobody checks until Friday
  • Clients ringing to ask where their photos and videos got to
  • Every custom job rebuilt from scratch for the next client

How it works on TMOS

  • The site, the content on it, and the quote requests it brings in — one connected system
  • A portal where the client sees their own jobs, approves work, and takes their files
  • Every quote request traceable through to a booked job
  • Custom work built as a module on the platform, so the next client gets it too
  • Built specifically for trades and contractor businesses, not retrofitted from a template
TMMC TV

What we actually do, on a channel of its own.

Every trade we build for gets a channel. Turn it over with the buttons on the set — the two spots in the rotation are ours, the rest are the trades we work with.

More than a website

Anyone can build you a site. This is the part they can't.

A template shop hands over a website and leaves. What actually runs a business is what happens after someone fills the form in.

A login that comes with it

Not a separate tool you'd have to buy and wire up. Every site we build comes with an account for you — your jobs, your photos and video, and the quote requests the site brought in, all in one place.

Leads that stop getting lost

Quote requests land in your account with the photos and details attached, marked new until you deal with them. Not a forwarded email that scrolls off the bottom of a phone screen by Friday.

Software built for how you work

An instant estimator, a photo intake, a scheduling flow — whatever the job actually needs. It gets built as a module on the platform, which means it's cheaper than bespoke and it keeps working after we've moved on.

TMOS

One platform. One login. Everything in it.

The site, the photos and video on it, the quote requests it brings in, and the jobs they turn into — connected in one place instead of scattered across five different tools.

Services

Everything that runs on the platform.

Client Portal

A login where your client sees their projects, approves work, and downloads their finished files. The part a website builder doesn't do — and it's already running.

Lead Generation

Quote requests off your own site — photos attached, tracked through to a booked job, landing somewhere you will actually see them.

Custom Modules

Something your business runs on that no template covers, built as a module on the platform — so it works for the next contractor too, instead of being stranded in one account.

Content Library

Every video a client has — organized, tagged, and ready to drop into their site, a proposal, or an ad, instead of sitting in a folder.

Drone & Aerial Library

Aerial footage organized and matched to the pages where scale and quality close the deal.

Photo Library

Before-and-after and project photography, searchable and ready for ads, proposals, and the client's site.

Who shoots it

The photos and video come from a real production crew.

A website is only as good as the work in it. Most contractors don't have photos worth putting on one — so our sibling agency goes out and shoots them.

Lowcountry Construction Media

Cinematic job-site video, built to book more jobs.

Drone and ground footage shot on your job site, cut for Meta, Google and Instagram — and shot so it can be used everywhere else too: your website, your proposals, your truck wraps. Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry.

  • Drone and aerial
  • Ground video
  • Before-and-after cuts
  • Photography
  • Jobsite documentation
  • Owner testimonials

The Lowcountry Construction Media website: the headline 'Cinematic job-site video, built to book more jobs' over a still of a crew laying sod on a job site.

Why there are two companies

Lowcountry Construction Media is the production agency — cameras, drones, editors. Trades Media Marketing Co. builds the platform their work runs on. Same founder, same clients, two different jobs — and the pair we intend to open in every booming town. This is the first.

It also means TMOS was built by people who actually shoot this stuff for a living, on the problems that came up doing it — rather than guessed at from the outside.

You can hire either one without the other. Plenty of clients take the site and shoot their own photos, and plenty book a shoot without a site.
