These terms govern your use of tradesmediamarketingco.com and any access we grant you to TMOS, the software platform Trades Media Co. builds. By using this site or a TMOS account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or platform.

What Trades Media Marketing Co. is

Trades Media Marketing Co. is a software company. We build TMOS, the Trades Marketing Operating System. Trades Media Marketing Co. does not perform video production, drone work, website builds, or ad management as a service — that's Lowcountry Construction Media, a separate company with its own site and its own terms. TMOS is not currently offered for sale or public sign-up; it is being built and proven inside Lowcountry Construction Media's own operations first, and any TMOS account you hold has been issued directly by us, not self-registered.

Using this site

You may use tradesmediamarketingco.com to learn about TMOS and Trades Media Marketing Co., and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, scraping the site at a scale that burdens our infrastructure, or submitting the contact form for spam or abusive purposes. Submissions are rate-limited and monitored for abuse.

TMOS accounts

If you're issued a TMOS login, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Access is scoped to your organization and role, and can be revoked at our discretion — in particular if these terms are violated, or an account is no longer needed (e.g., an engagement with Lowcountry Construction Media ends).

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including copy, design, and the TMOS name and branding — belongs to Trades Media Marketing Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission. Media assets uploaded into a TMOS account remain the property of the organization that owns that account; Trades Media Marketing Co. does not claim ownership of client content stored inside TMOS.

Third-party services

This site and TMOS rely on third-party services — including Supabase, Resend, PostHog, Cal.com, Dropbox, and Meta — to operate. We aren't responsible for the availability or practices of those services beyond our own use of them; see our Privacy Policy for how data flows through them.

No warranty

This site and TMOS are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TMOS is under active development — features described as “planned” or “in development” are not yet live, and we make no guarantee about when, or whether, they ship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trades Media Marketing Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or TMOS.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and TMOS evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
